My name is Kristen Lyrek and I am a certified Speech Language Pathologist with a passion for helping children and families during their journey with development.
With over 10 years of experience in pediatrics, I’ve had the privilege of working in diverse settings, supporting children with a wide range of diagnoses. My experience has allowed me to develop a deep understanding of the unique needs of each child, allowing me to provide tailored and effective speech therapy that fosters meaningful progress.
I value relationships with families and believe strongly that this collaboration is the key to success for your child’s therapy journey.

GROW provides individualized, in-home speech, language, and feeding services to families in Saint Paul and surrounding areas.
GROW happily provides a complimentary phone consultation. This helps gather information about your child’s development and hear about your concerns. It also helps determine what services GROW can offer to best assist your family.
COnsultation
Evaluations are an important process to determine your family’s and child’s needs and the best treatment plan to fit those needs. Evaluations can consist of standardized testing, parent interview, observations, and/or play based tasks.
Evaluation
Following the results of your child’s evaluation a recommendation will be made to either determine a treatment plan or you will be provided with home programming to continue fostering your child’s development at home without services.

Insurance & billing
GROW is a private pay clinic and considered an out of network provider. GROW does not bill your insurance company. GROW is able to take payments in the forms of cash, debit/credit card, check, HSA, or FSA.
Upon request, GROW can provide an itemized receipt called a Superbill. This includes all necessary information to submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. GROW cannot guarantee reimbursement and is not liable for costs. It is recommended you contact your insurance company prior to starting services to learn about your out of network benefits.
